Discovered these eco-friendly huts on the Tiny House Blog. They are called Rolling Huts and they are sure a modern step-up from camping, I want to stay in one! Based in the Methow Valley (18381 Hwy 20, Winthrop, WA 98862) the Rolling Huts are the vision and design of Tom Kundig of Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects in Seattle.
Each hut offers views of the mountains and come equipped with a small fridge, fireplace, microwave and Wi-Fi. The sleeping platforms can be arranged to sleep up to four and each hut has a portable toilet. Showers are located in a barn a short distance from the huts.
